We normally have practice everyday after school till 4:30. First we always stretch and then do some conditioning, Our conditioning is when we have to do 10 down and backs in a minute. Yesterday during practice we played this game were you have to make 10 passes for 10 points or a basket for 20. The game goes up to 40 points and who ever gets 40 points first wins and they don't have to run. We also did all our drills and other things we do on a normal day. We also played a free throw game were there are 4 people at a goal and which ever group makes 6 free throws in a row wins and they don't have to run.
