Abingdon - Computer Basics at Kingsport Public Library in Kingsport

For the most part this class was fun. I liked to the movie maker project and the Abstract words one too. I like to do all of the projects in this class except for the typing stuff. We did a lot of cool projects in here and I learned some new stuff too. Like I can do a little typing but I really did not like typing web. I don't like typing very much. I will probably be taking technology in high school too. I like working with computers just because its what I'm used to because my dad works on computers.

Last night we played Jackson and we didn't do all that great. We got blown out of the gym like 60-23, we didn't really stand a chance against them. There was this number 13 on the Jackson team who hit 3 3-pointers in the first two minutes of our game. He also had more through out the game, but for middle school that's really good.

As I regained conciseness I realized that there are 7 doors in front of me and I keep hearing a voice saying each of these doors leads to a different place. Some will make your life better and some will make you miserable. You will choose one of these doors and it will be your future. And just like that the voice was one and I was confused and scared, I have to find a way out I must! I looked and looked but there was no way out, so I picked the door that sounded the most interesting to me...

When I spent the night at Tyler's

When I spent the night at Tyler's the only thing we did was play call of duty and play Battlefield 3 and ate pizza all night while we played. At like 6 in the morning we were outside playing dodge ball on his trampoline because we got bored of shooting people on our game. We played basketball after that too, and we played 1v1 and we tied 5 to 5 when we went back to eat breakfast at his house.We also played NBA 2K11 after we came inside and we played that till my dad had to come pick me up.

Guns are very close to being the number one reason of death in the United States. Guns need to be controlled and handled on by professionals who have to have a gun for their job or work. People should not just be able to have a licence walk in and by a gun. And still Bob Costas was talking about this during a football game, when he should be talking football and nothing else. He was talking about politics and how guns should be used and controlled. There are too many deaths because someone had something to drink and they don't know what there doing and they end up killing an Innocent person, because they weren't responsible enough to leave there gun and home if they knew they were going to drink or something.

We normally have practice everyday after school till 4:30.  First we always stretch and then do some conditioning, Our conditioning is when we have to do 10 down and backs in a minute. Yesterday during practice we played this game were you have to make 10 passes for 10 points or a basket for 20. The game goes up to 40 points and who ever gets 40 points first wins and they don't have to run. We also did all our drills and other things we do on a normal day. We also played a free throw game were there are 4 people at a goal and which ever group makes 6 free throws in a row wins and they don't have to run.

Turkey- how to cook

For my first Thanksgiving as host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the store. This turkey was at least 25 pounds and when I went to put it in my over in barely fit, I almost had to force it in there. A few hours later after the turkey had been done and everyone was starting to show up, I went to go check on my turkey and apparently I had forgotten about a my dog.I thought he was locked up in my room. He had ripped it in half and ate a huge piece of my turkey. I was starting to panic because this was my first time hosting thanksgiving for my family and I wanted to shoe them I could do it perfectly. But now I couldn't show them the turkey and I told them there would be dinner and I need to find something fast to make and baking another turkey would take to long and be too expensive, and that's how we ended up eating ham burgers for Thanksgiving dinner.

I Deserve a Day off School

I deserve a day off school because we are in school ALL the time Monday-Friday 6 am till 2:25. And we need to time to do other tings besides go to school, go home do homework and then eat dinner and go to bed. We need time to hang out with friends and do other things we like to do in our spare time. In my extra time I am almost always outside playing some kind of game or sport with friends.

Video games are a bad habits for some kids who don't play sports or much of anything active. Video games is a big problem for kids, if you play games 24/7 you can get over weight and it can be very unhealthy. When you play Video games you should only play an hour or two and then go do something active for a while. Especially when you are eating and playing games that can add up quick if you don't watch it carefully.You really should do more thing outside when it's nice and have a friend over and play basketball or something, save the games for the rainy or cold days when it's not so fun to be outside. Another problem is that parents don't care about the games their kids play. They have kids that are 8 years old playing M rated games and they don't even know it. These kids are too young to be playing these games and they don't need to know all this additional stuff that happens in war. This is a big problem for other people also, because what some people see on games thinks oh no that won't happen and then some one ends getting killed.

My Favorite Food

My favorite food is pizza because you can put just about anything you want on it. My favorite is pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. Me and my dad both will eat just about anything on a pizza. Pizza is our favorite food next to brownies or chocolate chip cookies. My favorite pizza place in town is definitely Pogolinos. Every time my mom asks were to get the pizza from me and my dad can always answer that question in a heartbeat. When we go out to celebrate something its almost always Pogolinos Pizza.

My favorite car is the Pontiac Fire bird Trans am 1979. This is the car I want for my first car. My dad had a Navy blue Trans am when he was in high school. He said everyone always wanted to ride in his car because it was so cool. This brand of cars are no longer made, actually no Pontiac's are made any more. The company didn't get enough sales so they had to close. But my dad says if I make up half the money to buy it from someone he will pay the other half. I'm already half way there.

This morning my dad asked me if I am going to play baseball again this year and I'm not sure if I'm going to because this year because I have already done cross country and basketball and I am going to do track again this year but its the same time as baseball. And we have baseball practice 2-3 times a week after school and then baseball tournaments on weekends, and I don't know  how we will do this because we are already so busy as it is we are never even home right now and I'm not even playing baseball this year. But I want to play baseball again this year I just don't know if well have the time to do the practices after school and the tournaments on weekends.

Last night while I was watching the news on my couch I hear the trains go behind my house and all of a sudden the was I tire squeal from a truck and a loud bang. I ran to my window to see what happened and sure enough the truck drove right out in front of the train and the train went pretty much right through the truck. I called 911 and we got an ambulance and firetrucks out here fast as possible. They took him straight to the Intensive Care Unit because he was so badly injured. After he came to the police had to ask him some questions to get some info on how this happened and he could barely talk because of his injuries.

We have had basketball tryouts since Monday this week and everyone is doing well. The coaches seem to be impressed at how many people came to tryout for the team. On normal day we stretch then we do some lay ups, and usual we do our drills and then since we have the whole gym we got to play full court 5v5. I was proud of myself the way I played in front of coach. He seems to know who he wants on the team and who he doesn't. You can tell who he watches and ayes attention to in tryouts and who he wants on the team. Coach always tells he wants someone who is respectful and someone who can be trained to be a better athlete then a jerk who can play already. When I get frustrated in tryouts I just try to think of a good way to shake it off and keep playing.

I knew I had to make a choice and fast before the ribber got here fast so I did what I taught was right I stole the one thing the robber was after, The money. But this wasn't just any money this was money made by the ancient people who once lived in town here. But Just like that I was gone again and I was never seen robbing the Gas station. On the other the hand the robber got caught and was sent to jail for theft. I knew this was bad idea and I  had to tell my parents before they found out. So after I got home from school the next day I told my parents what I had done to stop the robber.

The zombies are right behind this door and me and my friend are trapped in my bedroom with no weapons except a single 22 rifle. We have to find a way a out of this room before the zombies get through, I remembered there was a small piece if drywall broke in the back corner and we kicked it until it broke and we escaped from the room but no the zombies. I fired 3 rounds into the crowd of zombies charging at us before we had to run. Although two of the zombies had died it seemed like they just kept coming and they would never stop.     The next morning I woke up laying in my yard and I got up and looked around and my friend was no where to be seen. I checked my house and every room in my house and my basement and still no sign of him. Until the next night... As the next night came around the groans of the zombies became closer and more distinct. As the zombies got to my house I started to recognize the face and I was so clear it was my friend. The zombies must have took him while I was out and then the worst happens...

No one has the nerve to even step foot outside their house for the Batman could have them for the next meal and the too would become a flesh-eating zombie an take over the world. Batman has just found two of his next victims two little boys wondering the streets and before they even know what happened, BAM Batman has killed them both and there was his next meal and they will later become zombies and terrorize this village forever....

No friends and no family wanted to be around him, he had wasted his life on something that never shoud've been done. He sat in his cell and stares off into space as hoping he could find something to do or watch. As the years go by he does the same thing day after day. He couldn't wait to be free again or at what cause could he be free again...

Yesterday I got home from school and everything seemed normal [until i got inside and everything in my house was gone. I called my mom and told her we had been robbed and everything is gone. She came home to check it out and called the police and they came and they found a half eaten apple laying in the middle of my moms room. Could this be what we need to catch our culprit? The police took the apple back to their station and put it through all the tests but nothing came through except the DNA sample the police found on the apple. The police math the DNA with the identity of someone who looks fairly familiar and they go out to search for our suspect. After a week of investigating and searching we finally found out guy and he got some jail time.

Basketball is my second favorite sport after baseball. I like to play basketball with friends and play 1v1 or 2v2 or just shot around for fun. I played for our school team last year and although I didn't get to play that much I still liked to be on the team. We practiced everyday after school unless we had a game then we went home and came back when it was game time. Most of the people on our basketball team I'm pretty good friends with but some of them are not very nice to me. I like to practice basketball at home after dinner when it starts to get dark and its not so hot outside. My dad used to play basketball and he used to be really really good, but he doesn't play much now and hes not as good.

Cupid knew this was big problem so he had to find some way to fix it and fast before anyone could notice.He got back to his base in the sky and got in trouble with is boss because he failed his mission he had hit the wrong person. After Cupid's boss got done yelling he made him go fix the problem as his next mission.So cupid set off to find the man he had mistakenly shot so he could fix things and make them right. Cupid found the man later that afternoon and shot him again to reverse the spell and found the guy he needed and shot him and got him to fall in love with the right girl.

When my Cousin and I went paintballing

A few weeks ago me and my cousin went paint balling. We made sure to wear a lot of thick cloths so its wouldn't hurt as bad. When we got to the paintball arena we got our guns and we were ready to go. After the match started me and my cousin stayed together until we figured out the course then we split up and we were on our own against some people we didn't even know. I lasted quite a while until I was shot on the back. I had shot three other people before this though, so I was still in good shape. It seemed like the match took forever to end.

In my free time I like to be outside, be with friends, and just play football, wifleball or basketball. In general I just like being outside every chance I get. I'm definitely not a people person. There are very few people I can be around without getting mad at them.

I like to be on the computer and I know how to do many things a lot of people don't know how because of my dad, he fixes computers at work all day long and he has shown me some really cool stuff. I really like to get on YouTube and listen to music videos. Another thing I really like to do with my cousin is graphic designing.

I like to learn just about everything on a computer except typing. I can type pretty fast but  I'm not always the most accurate. I love learning about history and the World Wars. Although my favorite subject has to be science because we get to do a bunch of cool science experiments, and some things that you learn in science just completely fascinate me.

A few days back I recieved a letter from a high school classmate who is now in prison. He specificly noted that he is going to try to escape and he needs my help. I have no clue how to do this but im going to make it work, he has been like a brother to me and Im going to do anything to help him get out. my general idea was to  do it around midnight when most of the gaurds are asleep so I can sneek in the gate and cut through the wire mesh to get to the window from his jail cell. Then well sneek away on a boat and speed away to saftey.

The killing of girls in India is definetly a problem and the goverment or the Queen should take charge of the situation. If  some one in India could inforce the law maybe some of the people would see wow, this is a big problem and possibly there wouldnt be as much of a problem. If everyone was treated the same this wouldnt have been a problem to begin with. The people of India should really think this through. A lot of the men in India have to spend there life alone with no wives because of this problem in India. I think the men in India would want to be able to have a nice wife and grow a nice family but a lot of them cant even find a wife to marry. All of these kids should have a better chance in life than being aborted or thrown in a old well or basement just to be found by someone else and killed. There really needs to be someone out there who can step up to the plate and Say no this is wrong! This is a major problem that needs to be solved fast! This is how I feel about this situation.

Art

There are many types of art like music, painting, drawing, playing an instrument, etc. Any of those types can be really good if you put your feelings into them when you do them. My personal favorite types of art are singing and writing. Writing is also a form of literature but the way you twist and make your words detailed can make it into art. Singing in woman's choir is terrific because our voices in unison sounds exquisite and I love the songs.

Teacher Appreciation Week

Most of my teachers I appreciate because they have to work all day with a bunch of noisey, obnoxious, mean kids. Some of the time the teachers get fed up and send them to the office, and I dont blame them for not wanting to deal with it. The teachers in my school are sometimes harsh and a little mean but that is normal because they want kids to learn and the kids are texting, talking, or getting on the teachers nerves. I like three of my teacher the most. One, my choir teacher, is silly and likes to play alot but is stern when needed. One I have much respect for because she is dealing with cancer and teaching at the same time and the other is really nice and cool!

Facebook is another way of communicating with other people other than emails or texting or calling. On facebook you can talk to people, play games, and tell a little about yourself and how your day is going. Talking to people on facebook is like any other way or texting or emailing while the games are for facebook and facebook only. When your telling about yourself,  be sure not to include your address or phone number. You can put things like how tall you are, your favorite music(t.v. shows,videos,quotes,celebrity's,etc.), your Friends and family(and boyfriend/girlfriend),and other things. While playing on facebook can be fun and waste alot of time be sure to get off of it every once in awhile.

I believe this picture is about angels and demons. This picture has a boy with dull white wings foating above several figures with black wings.  In comparision the figures with black wings look angered or mad in a way while the floating boy has a sad look on his face. The ''demon'' like figures maybe dosn't like the angelic boy and is mad at him or all the same jelous of him for the life he has. The white-winged boy is sad for the way the demonic figures lived their lives .

Drinking can help all of these things.Alot of people emotionally abuse other people without realizing it but it hurts their feelings no matter if you meant it or not. Physical abuse can be caused from some one hitting another person whether they deserved it or not. Sexual abuse is forcing someone to do something they don't want to do in sexual terms. Neglect is also another form of abuse that is not only hurting the child but can hurt adults, like not taking care of a child.

Ergonomics,the study of how the body uses a work space and its equipment, are bad habits that seem small but can effect you greatly. Some bad habits are slouching, your wrist in the wrong direction, your eyes not level with the screen,ect. You might have this if you have neck pains, headaches, migranes, pain in your wrists,elbows and forearms. You may also have this if you are irritable, having numbness and tingling, have sore eyes or blurred vision. At any time you have these symptoms,take a break. While at your computer,your back needs to be in your chair,your back touching the back of the seat but not slouching, and your eyes be level at the top of your computer monitor, your head being 18-24inches away. Your arms need to be at a ninety degree angle with your home row in front and fingers on the keys.

I believe that it is not right (or justified)for people,the government, and other authority figures to blur spots and to make them not visible for security reasons. Although I understand people need privacy and their own space, I think the government is"protecting" to much. The government should only have so much power on us and right now they have to much, so having a picture on the Internet for anyone and everyone to see should not be a problem. Also mysterious things on the web are fake most of the time so you cant believe everything you see. On the other hand terrorist or people with a demonic plan might find and hurt things dear to us and might kill people because of it.

My favorite class in school is either technology,health,social studies, or choir. I like choir because when I'm upset I sing or I write and they most defiantly don't have a writing class in middle school but they do in high school. Technology is really fun and challenging for me because I don't know everything about computers and I am good at working with them. I enjoy health because i like learning about the effects of people taking drugs, kids bulling other kids, and things like that. I also like social studies with my teacher because he is layed-back, funny, and smart about his class. The only classes I don't like are math and communication arts. The only reason I don't like communication arts is because its not challenging and I don't like math because I don't understand it.

The Secret

I'm playing on an AAU basketball team called The Secret. We are a select basketball team from Jefferson County and our first game is at the end of the month of March and were playing some team from St.Louis. Our team  colors are blue and white. Im gonna get blue and white shoes to match my uniform. I play a center. We're good but most of the team is little. We have practice every tuesday and thursday.

I hope Miami Heat goes to the championship this year against the lakers that would be a good match up. Kobe Bryant is a good 3point shooter and a good drive in person. Then Dwayne Wade is good at 3 pointers so they would be a good match up. Then lebron james can shoot alot of clutch shots like threes or buzzer beaters, hes just an all around type of shooter so its hard to stop him.

It looks like houses built on top of  houses that are upside down. It kind of looks like the shape of  Texas. It would be a weird place to live at. You would probably be walking on the ceiling instead of the floor. If they added anymore houses it would probably fall down.There is a bunch of windows too.

School

We should go to school 3 days a week and have a four weekend break every week. I hate waking up so early because then on weekends I can never sleep in because I'm used to getting up so early. I would like to go to school from 10a.m. to 3pm that way I could sleep in and not worry about being late. I hate summer school so I don't go. I would go if there was $75 or $100 again.

I got a four wheeler for christmas. It's green with black seat. It goes up to 5 gears and its manual. It goes up to about 40mph. It is heavier so it doesnt flip as eas. I've made trails in my yard so we can ride it through the woods and sometimes i go through some woods that lead me to a open field

Basketball

I like to play basketball but im not that good at it. So I work on playing basketball by going to the ymca and a drill session every wednesday night from 7p.m.-8p.m. I can make close shots and get rebounds and shoot pretty good but I can't drive-in good to lay the ball up. I can do right right hand lay ups but not left handed layups yet.

I would want him to build a water park so me and my town can go swimming on those hot days. It should have a indoor and outdoor pool so in case it rains we don't have to go home. The admission should be look $5 for kids and $7 for adults and should have 3 water slides outside and 1 inside and a whirl pool inside and outside. Then it should have a regular like 3ft to 12ft pool.
